This is the full list of winners from the MTN Kannywood Awards wich was concluded early Sunday 1^st February 2015.

The awards saw most of the big names going home with prizes, and other very big names left out. The late Rabilu Musa Dan ibro won Two awards, Best Comedian Popular Choice and Best comedian Juror’s award

Other popular acts like Ali Nuhu, Sadiq Sani Sadiq, Hadiza gabon and Fati Washa also went away with awards. Other big names that left out are Adam A Zango & Rahma Sadau. But below is the full list of winners

Daga nan ne ya shiga aikin gidan Yari (Prison
Service) a shekarar 1991. Ya yi shekara takwas

This year’s nominees include reigning Kannywood Comedy Actor Rabilu Musa Ibro (dan Ibro) nominated for best supportin actor in the movie Maja, also nominated for best Director is Sadiq N Mafia with the film Maja and also the Movie from Kannywood Maja was nominated for best picture, and not forgetting Nkem Owoh (Osuafia) nominated for Best actor in leading Role with The Film Maja. This in Total Brings the Movie MAJA with four Different nomination nods which makes it Leading the pack in Films categories.

The film Accident and Finding Mercy both reigned with three nominations each.

Moving To Music Tiwa Savage and Davido are leading the pack with Five Nominations Each with both going head to head for the Hottest Single of the Year.
